Why isn't full clip importing

Hello everybody!

I'm am able to import a WMV file into movie maker however it seems that
movie maker is cutting of the last few seconds of each file (approximately
2-3 seconds). When I play the WMV file on its own outside of movie maker it
plays in its entirety, however after have imported it is missing a few
seconds from the end of the clip.

Please help - I'm not very technically minded and I have scoured the help
option - but not to much success!
