my pages do not change on the server i.e I deleted a photo and it still shows
on the published page how do I change that?

Two things come to mind, one - did you clear the cache on your browser
(or at least refresh the page, F5), two - did you set the page to not
publish? You'll know by the red dot with an X in it when you go to
publish. If those don't work you may want to just publish the one page
without all the rest by right-clicking on the page and choosing
"Publish Selected Files..." that works for me sometimes.

Three...some servers cache changes so they might not show up for a while.
