why does my profile show I have 2 email messages when I don't?

I have deleted all mail in the acct. and also removed the email acct. and it
still shows when windows starts that my profile has 2 messages. How can I
fix this, it is annoying me!

Hi Diane, This is great info but my Dad's computer is doing this too and he
doesn't have a "unread mail" folder and I have no idea how to create the
user key thing you are talking about. can you explain a bit me for me??
