why do messages automatically go to delete folder ??

I have deleted all the rules ..

But this is still happening ..

What else am I missing ??

If it is 2003, sounds like it is being read as junk mail or spam. Do you
have Norton antispam? If they are being sent to deleted items, right click
on them there and say this is a safe sender. I have this problem too.
Outlook is a bit overzealous sometimes
