Why cant i send emails?

I really have no idea of how to set up this. i been trying from all different
ways and i guess im doing it wrong. Help?

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'IMAP', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

      31st Oct 2008
"POP3" is not a valid mail server name. You get the correct mail
server names from your mail service provider. If you don't know who
that is, what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?

Free Hotmail and Live accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail handles POP mail but not webmail.

The newer Windows Live Mail program does accommodate Hotmail and Live
accounts. You are welcome to upgrade to it:
