I've not seen this situation with this product. With other spyware
cleaners, I've heard anecdotal reports of similar difficulties, and the main
way around them was to persist and as the machine got cleaned the balky
product would eventually finish the job.
I would recommend doing some reading on the particular bugs it is citing on
your system--look for manual cleaning information from reputable
third-parties--PestPatrol, symantec, whatever clear information you can
find.
Do submit a Tools, suspected spyware report if your system is able to do
that.
Jim Byrd has some excellent posts in the .signatures group, as I recall,
listing resources and general tools for removing resistant bugs.
