what's wrong with my .Net Dev?

Hi,

My dot net develop evvironment uses to work fine.
My PC is Windows XP SP2 with 1Gb RAM.
However, from last Wednesday when I scoll the code or try to edit the code,
it has a symptom of dragging.
I went to DOS, in the 'netstat -na | more' and 'route print', can't find any
unnormal connections or routing.
Would someone give me some suggestions?
