Weird behavior of "My Network Places"

Hi !

I have a freshly installed XPe image. Now I press Win-E to open the
explorer. There I see the "My Network Places" with a + sign before it.

When I now nagigate to it, the + sign vanishes and the folder is empty.

But if I now press Right-Mouse-Button and select "explore", another explorer
window opens. And here I suddenly have the expected folders "Entire
Network" and inside it "Microsoft Windows Network" and 2 other ones.

Why don't they show up in the first place?

I thought so, too. But even after I saw the existing workgroups
after the R-M-B-"Explore" trick, the original "My Network Places"
stayed empty, without the "Entire Network" entry.
