At this point, I would want confirmation from some other program about the
presence of Webhancer.
You can: Let Microsoft Antispyware remove it--I believe it will put it in
quarantine--and then use at a command prompt:
netsh winsock reset <enter>
You may then need to reinstall any legitimate software you have which
depends on this DLL. These include some Cisco VPN clients, some McAfee
products, and others.
