I am running MSN 7 and cannot get my webcam to work, my webcam is a Philips
Toucan. I go into Tools/Audio-Video setup and go through the setup and
everything ok. When I go into Tools/Webcam settings i get the following error
message: You cannot change your camera settings because either your camera is
not plugged in to your computer or you are using it in a video conversation
or with another program.
I am sure I am doing none of them but cannot get it to work, I have used
this webcam on another pc so know the camera is not faulty. Any ideas?
