Perform the following steps in this order:
1. Create a FAT32 active primary partition and load
Win98 into it.
2. Create an extended partition.
3. Load Win2000 into a logical FAT32/NTFS drive inside
the extended partition.
4. Load WinXP into a different logical FAT32/NTFS drive
inside the extended partition.

Note:
- Add a FAT32 data drive inside the logical partition as a
shared data drive if you wish.
- Win2000 & WinXP will have drives D: and E: as system
drives. This could cause problems later on when you
remove Win98. Use a proper boot manager (e.g. XOSL)
to make the OSs truly independent.
