Want to create custom field with default value.

I want to have a custom field that will have the same value in every listing.
This is for copying and pasting into Excel.
I will probably be pasting it into a text editor first so I want the default
value to be something like #DEL# that I will do a find and replace to tabs
and then I will paste into Excel.
