When I click Start, Shutdown on my PC on W2K and the PC
keep automatically restart by itself. I have check the
option to tell it to shutdown not restart but everytime I
click ok the PC is not shutdown and keep restarting over
and over again. Any suggestion?

Run an antivirus program on it. There's a fairly recent
virus that caused that--surprised you didn't hear about it.

Visit Microsoft and search the KnowledgeBase for specific
instructions how to clean it out. As I recall, you have to
disable DCOM service and some other steps, or it will re-
appear.
