I am currently running Windows 2000 SP4 with Office 2000 Professional. I
want to add FrontPage 2003.

Will I have any problems with this setup?

No, just make sure the latest Office updates are installed before you install FP 2003.

Note
When you install FP2003 do not install the Office shared tools or the MSO 2K programs may have problems
