I keep getting this message on my Sony Vaio Laptop VzFw.exe has caused a
problem etc etc, I know that it is something to do with Sony Gigapocket
multimedia entertainment center but some say it can also be something a bit
more questionable depending on where it is running from. Please tell me how
I can stop this message from appearing/fix the problem.

You need to tell us the exact error message. In addition, please tell us
where the executable is. To find out, before it crashes, do the following:
1. Hit CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
2. Click View:Select columns
3. Check Image Path Name
4. Click OK.
5. Find VzFw.exe and note the path name. That's the part that will tell us
what it is. Paste that along with the exact error into a reply and we should
be able to help you further.

VzFw.exe is the VAIO Entertainment File Import Service. What is your
computer Model name|mumber? Did you upgrade from XP to Vista, or was it
pre-installed?
