The new Beta of MS antispyware detects vx2 hijack and says
it is removing it, however, hosts file still get hijacked
when deleted. I tried all types of removal tools and was
hoping Microsoft had the answer.

Try running MSAS from safe mode boot (F8 during Windows boot screen). If
that doesn't do it, download Ad-aware and their VX2 plugin. That will
remove VX2 running in normal Windows mode.
