I honestly don't know why removing Nero would cause this problem. Of
course, I may be misreading your post and this is an unrelated problem
caused by not installing proper drivers. If the keyboard worked well
before, I would just reinstall your laptop drivers or, if you didn't
install drivers yet you need to do so. Get the drivers for Vista from
the laptop mftr.'s website for your specific model laptop. If they don't
have Vista drivers available, you'll need to contact them for a
timetable. If the laptop is older and the OEM will never write drivers
for your model, put XP back on the machine. Don't forget to install the
XP drivers and any specialized laptop software.
