Hi Mundon,
Freezing is often a sign of a hardware issue. Test the ram by typing "memory
diagnostic" into the search prompt. Run the tool that appears in the menu to
see if the problem is in the system ram. Other diagnostic tools can often be
obtained from the system manufacturer.
