I downloaded the Demo on PS3, it was s**t!

Controls are terrible, handling is not even close to being arcadey let along anything moderately realistic.

Really bad IMO.

EDIT: No PC demo but some info here...

Thanks V_R. Based on your POV I sought out a couple of independent reviews which pretty much confirmed it's a bit crap but with a few good bits.

Which is not good enough imo.

Alright then, bearing in mind I rather prefer arcadey flight sims to realistic ones, anybody here tried Hawx?

I've tried quite a few flight sims but the only one I've been able to get to grips with, ever, has been MS Flight Sim X which is really quite good. Realistic too, from what I can gather. Amongst the many I have tried is Secret Weapons Over Normandy which I just couldn't master at all, even with a joystick.

But Hawx seems easy and arcadey, which is what I've been looking for really.

But, as ever, I'm cautious.
