There is supposed to be a subdirectory named "Low" in Temporary Internet
Files
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Low\
Apparently, this is where files downloaded from the Internet are supposed to
be displayed. (The Cookies folder also has a subdirectory named "Low",
which contains all the cookies.)
Oddly enough, though, the "Low" directory does not appear in Windows
Explorer on my machine. I have tried viewing it with hidden files
displayed, protected operating system files displayed, and protected mode
off, but this directory never shows up.
If I find anything out about why this directory has become invisible, I will
let you know.
