I'm not sure what you expect to happen.
When an email is sent, it only goes to the recipient, and a copy is
put in the Sent Items folder on the sending computer. So, that doesn't
include you.
The only way you can have remote access to all Sent Items is to have
an IMAP or HTTP mail account.
