When I boot up, XPO tells me that I have new hardware "VID_04E6PID-80002000".
I do not have any new hardware but cannot remove the problem. Googled
:VID_04E6PID-80002000" and it takes me to site in German that is looking for
a driver for "VID_04E6PID-80002000". Can anyone help?

Thanks,

When in the boot process do you see this, is it before the welcome screen,
is it after you get to the desktop, is it a blue screen?
