Vertical ScrollBar "LargeChange" Property Corrupted

Hi - Until recently my Outlook Express Vertical Scrollbar moved down EXACTLY
one page when a "LargeChange" position on it was clicked. Now it moves down
many more lines & is thus useless. I don't want to remove Outlook Express &
reinstall it! Any suggestions?
