Version Comparison

I'm buying a new home computer.
I'm looking at a comparison chart of the versions of Vista, and i see that
for Vista Home Premium, Remote Desktop Connection is unavailable.
Does that mean i cannot use MSTSC from another computer to control my home
computer with Vista Home Premium
or does it mean i cannot make an outgoing MSTSC connection from the Vista
Home Premium computer?
