When I plug in this device, Windows XP cannot detect it! I can't find it in
device manager!

Is anyone having a similar problem?

I tried OpenMG Jukebox 2.2 and SonicStage 3, but no hope, nothing can detect
this thing.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Your MC-P10 should be a 64mb MP3 player pen. If you have the USB cable
plugged into the pen and your PC correctly, then you must turn it on for your
PC to detect it. Just plugging it in will not activate it.
