I would like to update my V8200 driver to the latest version that is on
the Asus site. Problem is there doesn't seem to be an outline on how to
do this.

Should I uninstall the current driver via the XP Add/Remove feature in
the Control Panel?

Can someone point me to a site that explains step by step how to update
the vider driver?

Hmm, I've got a 8200 pure and there are no problems by using the reference
driver from NVidia. You can upgrade the newest driver after you have
uninstalled the old one first - or you can install the new driver over the
old one (it has worked for me). There shoudn't be any issues with that...
