Is there a way to manage the downloads of user accounts in XP Pro to restrict their internet downloads and/or uploads to a specific number of MB per month, preferably without me having to manually monitor usage continuously ?
I don't want to intefere with what the users do on the net, but I don't want them blowing my ISP download limit.
