I had a program called Replay AV 8 by a company called Applian that I loved.
I have it installed on my windows xp and it ran beautifully. I purchased a
second computer this xmas, windows vista home premium, and would like to
install Replay AV 8 onto it but it seems to have issues with microsoft's uac
account.

Create a shortcut to the app in safe mode, using the shortcut's >Properties,
shortcut tab, advanced button, check box to 'run as administrator'
