I have a question about using USB Flash Disk in Win XP/2000.

The USB Disk is 128 mb and manufactured by Kingston. Usually, I stop it
before unplugging it. However, sometimes, after I have STOPPED it and
before unplugging, I want to use it again.

So I have to unplug it and then insert it again to use it. Is there
anyway so that I do not have to unplug it after stopping it if I want
to use it again?

This article explains this issue. According to the article you can
configure the device so that you do not have to worry about the process you
are speaking of. In my own case I don't worry about safely disconnecting...
I just unplug and run. You can lose data if you remove your device at the
wrong time but I have never had a problem with this.
