urgent help PLEASE with remote desktop

I work for a company who has three computers hooked up to a remote desktop connection; one of our computers just recently stopped connecting the the remote computer, i receive the "Client could not connect to remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection." I have read alot of other posts to try and figure it out and still cannot, I called Dell and they were unable to help me...I'm not sure why this all of the sudden stopped connecting, nothing was changed/added/taken away from the computer and the other computer is still able to connect to the remote connection. Can someone help me PLEASE!
