Uploading picture via Web service (CF 2.0)

Hi,

Is there any way to upload picture more efficiently from pocket pc running
on WM5.0 other than using DIME and or byte[]?

DIME is no longer supported by most web service server as most is using
MTOM. byte[] bloats the file size when transporting the file.

Any better solution?

Please shed some lights on this.
