Hello. I recently mabe a motherboard change, and windows asked to re
activate. through all of my effores, i could not get it to validate the CD
key on the inside of my windows xp home folder. I'd have been meaning to
upgrade to pro for a while now, so i decided this was as good as time as any.
So I installed Win Xp Professional, creating a seperate partition as to not
loose any of my settings/files. I used the settings transfer wizard and
transferred my settings onto pro. Only, now how do I get rid of my old
installiation of Win xp Home? I've tried to format the drive, and windows
says it is unable to. Boted to safe mode, and got the same message. I cant
delete the old 'Windows' folder either. I've already modified boot.ini to it
doesnt give me the option to boot into Windows Xp Home. Does anybody know
how to UN-install Windows Xp Home?

Thanks
