upgrade xp home to xp pro

Trying to upgrade a HP computer with xp home to xp pro.
Keep getting a conflict that stops the process.
It say the conflict is with the NVIDIA AGP Filter.
I have no idea as to what the problem is or how to fix.
Anyone know what to do?
