Hello Support Team,

I have an OEM license for the Windows XP 32bit Pro. If I want to upgrade to
Windows XP 64bit Pro, do I have do buy a new license or should I buy an
upgrade package or can I change it?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Daniel

You buy a whole new operating system and clean install. Places like
newegg.com and directron.com sell OEM software.
