Hi,
I need to know how I can upgrade Windows 2000 server which is running
as a member server of our office domain to Windows 2003 as member
server of the current domain.

Thanks,
Makhdoom

Insert the CD and wait for autostart then just do it.
(Or run the setup mentioned in the autostart.inf from
the CD if you prefer.)

There is no big deal to upgrading a non-DC to Win2003.

You MIGHT have issues with SMB signing being
required if you have NT/9x legacy machines (this is the
case for 2003 DCs but I am unsure if this is a setting
for non-DCs.)
