upgrade from ME question

I need to upgrade my ME machine to win 2000 professional. I have a copy of
the full version.

Can I use the full copy verses the upgrade vesion to migrate my ME machine
to 2000?

Does the full version act as an upgrade also?

There is no upgrade path from ME to 2000. You have to do
a clean install.
