If you are a power user you will feel like you are stuck in a Kafka like
environment where everything is hidden beyond imagination
I still use 2003 95% of the time (I have them both installed) and I was a
beta tester etc. You can make the change less hard by putting a lot of stuff
on the QOT also known as the Quick Access Toolbar. Of course there are some
improvements as well but overall it is not an upgrade IMHO
