Updating DNS to Reflect Subnet/Vlan Changes

Hi,
this may not be the right place to ask this but, is there
an easy way to update static/manually created DNS records
in Microsoft's DNS in the case where the subnet/vlan
address range changes? I'm thinking of some sort of bulk
export/find/replace/import or a script that uses WMI for
example.
