Bit of a stange one here, Im trying to upgrade the gp administrative
templates on our Win2k DC for XP SP2 support (mainly for Windows Firewall),
Now I have forced the upgrade and have checked the adm files in the SYSVOL
and in the Group Policy Add Remove templates function, they are up to date
and running the versions they should be...

However, Opening the GP editor and navagating to Computer Configuration >
Administrative Templates The XP functionatly is not there, for instance in
the network folder I should have the Network Connections Folder with the
Windows Firewall settings.

Anyone have any ideas?

What does the Group Policy Editor look like?

Does this article help you?

What were the exact steps of your ongoing upgrade so far?

cheers,

Right-clicking "Administrative Templates", choosing "Add/Remove ..." and
selecting the adm-Files in the %systemroot%\inf folder doesn't help either?

cheers,

Have you unchecked 'Only show policy settings that can be fully
managed' checkbox within Filtering?
