I just installed an out of cycle update for W2K. Is there also one for XP?

Thanks Pat and thanks for mentioning the Root Certificate update. I don't

It seems that the Tuesday night Microsoft XP (KB967715)patch has disabled the auto run U3 of my SanDisk. I can no longer access the files on the U3 protected disk. I tried the SanDisk on an unpatched computer and it was fine. I installed the patch on the second computer (the one that worked with the SanDisk) and this second computer now can not access the files. Went to a Third computer without the patch and I can now see my files.

I tried backing the patch out of the first computer and am still unsuccessful at getting to my files -- must have done something in the Registry that I cannot find.

There have been a couple other people that have reported the same experience on a SanDisk forum. One of them is not using any of the U3 features -- and the same SanDisk is accessible on the same computer when booted to Linux.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there a work around?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Mike
