I would like to uninstall McAfee 7.0, with out it screwing up my net work
and broadband. I used the microsoft add/remove programs and the network and
broadband quit working and can not get it to work again, tryed everything
for 5 hours. I finally used restore to put system back the way it was and
now it works but McAfee is not working right any help please? Thanks Ken

To best uninstall any program, you should first stop all running tasks
associated with that program, then use Add/Remove. The trouble with
that statement is that most people won't know what those tasks are
most of the time.

Uninstall instructions specific to VirusScan 7 --

Once it's completely and thoroughly removed you shouldn't have the
network problem.
