There will only be an uninstall option if Windows XP Pro was an
upgrade.
Remove Windows XP Pro from the computer by formatting or installing
another operating system.
Then install Windows XP Pro on the new computer.
Worst case is a 5 minute call to Microsoft.
This does not apply if Windows XP Pro is OEM.
Normally OEM is permanently tied to the original computer and can not
be transferred to another computer regardless the condition of the
original computer.
