when im on the computer it restarts with no warning it also doesn't shutdown right either,ive ran anti virus and syware check and norten windows scan and have found nothing please tell me how i can fix this

Rt Click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Start up and
Recovery-settings, under system failure-uncheck automatically restart,
OK...When system crashes, it will display a BSOD with error message. Repost
with that error message as it appears...also check event viewer for errors.
