Sorry 'bout the poor Subject line. I hope the explanation is better.

I have one user who schedules meetings in Outlook 2000. When some of
the users accept the meeting, they got an Undeliverable response that
they'd tried to respond to a former employee who hasn't been with us in
months. I've checked the originator's contact list for distribution
lists with her name, and I've checked message rules from each of the
users. I can't find the former employee's name anywhere, and I can't
figure out how she's getting included in meeting acceptance messages.

Can someone suggest where else I might look?

Perhaps she is listed as a delegate on one of the accounts?
