unbound varialbes error

I have a dataadapter: da and talbe dt. I use sql designer to create an
insert, update, and select commands. I made some changes on existed records
and update the data table: da.update(dt), I got an error: "Not all varilabe
bound". However, if I insert new records and update the data table, I don't
have any problem.

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
