Recently I can't watch You tube video since I installed Alexa tool bar. Now I uninstalled it and installed adobe flash player, but this doesn't work. My internet connection is ok.
I'm running win xp, pro, anyone knows how to fix it. thanks in advance.

Does this flash player check work for you? It should let you know the version you have?

Hey Piata,

It may be easier just to enact a system restore, as this option will activate a very recent day and a specific time from which to restore the system and all of it's retrospective settings, additionally, it may be an idea to make sure that the illicit programme you uninstalled, is actually removed from the add/remove programmes via the control panel, as you may have enacted the uninstall via the start button. hope this is at least a minimal help freind. Take care and be well.

Seconded

Alexa toolbar is spyware and you may need to use anti-malware software such as Spybot Search and Destroy or Malwarebytes (both free downloads) to get rid of it.
