Whenever I start up my computer I immediately get a system
error message that says "unable to open dialog" I click
OK and the message keeps popping up. There are no other
options on the message. How do I get rid of this message?

It observed to be an problem with environmental files&
execution of prog. file on startup .
Try starting your machine in safe mode and check that
error will not.
It will not appears check your system files for some kind
of path or program file.
