After I installed Windows XP SP2, I cannot open access
files. I tried saving them to my computer and I still get
the following error message.

Microsoft access cannot open this file
This file is located outside your intranet or on an
untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file
due to potential security problems.

Save this file to your computer, etc.

I am able to receive Word or Excel files as attachments
and open them successfully.
I am using OfficeXP Professional

You'll want to ask your question in a newsgroup for Entourage. I suggest
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage

This newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the database
product.

First, make sure you REALLY Trust the person who sent it.

Assuming you are on Windows XP, the following should work:

Right click on it and go into Properties. Click on the Unblock button. Also
check to make sure it is not Read Only.

This is courtesy of Paul Sanguinetti from another post. I hope it helps.
