Chuck,
I run Norton File Manger v. 95.0.c, aka Norton Navigator/PC Tools for most
of my file management, it changed its "Permissions" from "Change" to "Read",
with box checked it showed "Change" and I had all my problems with that
setting, with current setting, no problems.
