Unable to get windows 2000 Pro RIS image to load nic drivers, WinXP is working ok

I was of the impression that they would be pretty well the same as the
Oem drivers are the same but cannot get it to load the drivers.

Machine is an Optiiplex GX60 and the Ris server is running on Windows
2003.

Nic is intel pro100

Any help would be appreciated.
